NSA Overview The professionals at the National Security Agency (NSA) have one common goal: to protect our nation. The mission requires a strong offense and a steadfast defense. The offense collects, processes and disseminates intelligence information derived from foreign signals for intelligence and counterintelligence purposes. The defense prevents adversaries from gaining access to sensitive or classified national security information. In support of the mission, our Office Manager's perform office support functions for the organizational leadership. Description of the Position Office Manager's support organizational leadership by: - Planning and coordinating calendars - Providing support related to proper protocol - Greeting visitors and leading support-related tasks for day-to-day administrative services - Staying up-to-date on office and web technologies as well as on-going organization activities - Recommending improvements to various internal procedures and methods for streamlining office activities - Ordering general office supplies

Personnel assigned to Support Services are on the front lines of delivering the best in customer service, technical support, administrative and management services. From Office Assistants to Sign Language Interpreters, these personnel serve as the focal points for organizations that require assistance with operational and administrative issues, records management, journalistic ideas, products and services and the coordination of reasonable accommodations and education.

Salary Range: $25,754- $63,906 (Entry/Developmental) *The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 1 year of experience. Relevant experience must be coordinating administrative duties (e.g., web support, key list, e-mail alias, timesheets, travel, and records management) and/or performing as a support professional (e.g., office assistant, office manager, customer service specialist). Salary Range: $60,129 - $78,167 (Full Performance) *The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience. Degree in a Business related field is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable. Relevant experience must be coordinating administrative duties (e.g., web support, key list, e-mail alias, timesheets, travel, and records management) and performing as a support professional (e.g., office assistant, office manager, customer service specialist). Salary Range: $72,750- $94,581 (Senior) *The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience. Degree in a Business related field is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable. Relevant experience must be coordinating administrative duties (e.g., web support, key list, e-mail alias, timesheets, travel, and records management), performing as a support professional (e.g., office assistant, office manager, customer service specialist), and formal/informal leadership.
