NSA Overview The professionals at the National Security Agency (NSA) have one common goal - to protect our nation. The mission requires a strong offense and a steadfast defense. The offense collects, processes and disseminates intelligence information derived from foreign signals for intelligence and counterintelligence purposes. The defense prevents adversaries from gaining access to sensitive classified national security information. Description of Position This unique and challenging position is for a Facilities Manager to support US Army Cyber Headquarters, at Fort Gordon Georgia. The selected incumbent will have the opportunity to perform all aspects of Facilities Manager support in a diverse working environment that is heavily populated by military personnel. Specific duties include: Manage installation, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical, HVAC and building plumbing systems and general facility components such as roofs, parking, roads, and sidewalks. Perform as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) on Agency facility maintenance and repair contracts. Also, perform COR duties for Agency facility operation and maintenance repair of utility systems, roads, grounds and real property facilities. Support a wide range of community activity and facilities to include custodial services, waste/recycling and quality assurance oversight. Prepare Statement of work (SOW). Work closely with the Contracting Office on the procurement process. Perform technical and price evaluations (budget) to include technical surveillance over contracts for facility maintenance and repairs.

Salary Range: $43,251 - $68,777 (Entry/Developmental) *The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Entry is with a Bachelor's degree with no experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience may be considered. Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical, Mechanical or a related field (e.g., Construction Management and Space Planning) or a Business related field (e.g., Economics, Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, and finance) is required. If qualifying with a high school diploma, participation in a relevant Vocational/Technical program is preferred. Relevant experience must be in trades/facilities operations, involve facilities system integration/interaction, review of facilities information to determine design solutions and/or development of cost projections, scope of work and project schedule in a related facilities or trade environment. Salary Range: $64,009 - $99,741 (Full Performance) *The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Entry is with a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 7 years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience may be considered. Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical, Mechanical or a related field (e.g., Construction Management and Space Planning) or a Business related field (e.g., Economics, Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, and finance) is preferred. -Inspect and monitor the condition of facilities and building structures (for example, walls, doors, ceilings). -Inspect and monitor the condition of facilities systems and equipment (for example, HVAC, electric, plumbing, security). -Stand, walk, or kneel for long periods. -Follow safety and security procedures and practices when operating machinery, vehicles, or equipment.

Monday - Friday, with basic 8hr/day work requirements between 0600 and 1800 (flexible).
