The National Security Agency will be hosting a Virtual Career Invitational for students attending Minority Colleges and Universities on 21 April 2021 followed by pre-scheduled virtual interview sessions on 22 and 23 April. The NSA is seeking STEM and CYBER talent with skills and experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Networking, and Math. We are also seeking talent with skills in Foreign Language Analysis (Chinese, Russian, Korean, and Farsi). Whether you are just finishing your degree or have been in the workforce for a while, we have employment opportunities in the Development Programs across the agency. These 3-year programs broken into six to nine-month assignments allow for rotational tours within a variety of organizations learning from NSA's experts.

To qualify for an Interview for a Full-Time Position, an applicant must have (1) completed OR (2) intend to complete a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree by 30 April 2022. Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position. No experience required for Full-Time entry level positions.
