Primary Responsibilities

- Ensure the availability, security, and performance of all technology systems.
- Lead IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades, software deployments, and system migrations.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
- Manage company data backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies.
- Supervise IT support staff and coordinate daily technical support activities.
- Maintain hardware and software inventories and ensure timely equipment replacement.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that improve business operations.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and technology procurement.
- Collaborate with game developers and designers to maintain stable development environments.
- Provide regular reports on IT performance, risks, and ongoing projects to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, and system administration.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced gaming environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the gaming or software development industry.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
